Welcome to my website…
I think we all want to leave something behind, to feel that our life has significance. I am not a good cook, nor am I a wonderful housewife, I just get by on most things. I do not fail but I do not pass with flying colors either. The only thing anyone and everyone will remember of me is that I was likely born with a pen in my hand… a pen, or pencil or paintbrush.
In my lifetime I have written letters, articles, stories and books, both in Afrikaans and in English. When I am not writing I am drawing and on the odd occasion when I am doing neither I am making something else – dolls, clothing… or videos. I must MAKE something, create something…
The goal of this website is to create a space where I can bring all my creations together in one place, and where you can criticize or enjoy it.
There is no fee to read anything on this website, it is all for free, all I ask is your honesty and that you realize that everything on here is my work and therefore I have automatic copyright on it. If you enjoyed reading or looking at my work, a small donation would be appreciated, but it is not required.
There is a product page, but again, it is up to you and not required.
I would love for you to just read and hopefully enjoy my poetry and short stories… free entertainment does not come knocking on your door every day…
